It's Halloween weekend!  I had to kick it off by celebrating all the years in photos*.  And all the previous blogged Halloweens (2009, 2008) and Halloween preparations (2009, 2008).  All the years of knitting and sewing (and figuring out how to knit and sew) in order to bring to life a Halloween vision. I love Halloween.  And we always turn it into a Project.

And this year, oh this year's costume for big brother's is the most complex we've made.  And it's going to be a task to finish it before Sunday afternoon.

As for little brother, he's happy with simpler things.  This year, for the first time, he drew his own costume.  It is imagined and built from things we already have, with just a few we have to create.  Here's what little brother drew:

 

(This is very unlike big brother's, whose whole vision is very complex and detailed; so complex and detailed he couldn't even draw it.  Here was a try.)
