This was from our visit last week. We were there at the end of the weekly pick-up time, but the vegetables on offer were still beautiful!

I love being a part of a CSA. It's like a little bag of gifts each week. And then there's the adventure of deciding what to cook from all that deliciousness. This weekend it was caponata with the eggplants and tomatoes, fresh salsa with the green onions and tomatoes, and beautiful beautiful salads. I still have yellow squash and swiss chard. I think I'll make my favorite yellow squash pureed soup with chard pie....
